I don't know where you live but that is not typical for Germans. I'm German and lived in Germany until 4 years ago. The only time you see people with German flags is during the World Cup and European Cup.

You're missing the big picture here. Take a look around you and analyze where Google hasn't put a hand on. People cry that Apple wants to be all powerful but fail to realize that Google beat them to it long time ago. Google has become too powerful already, the last thing you want it for them to own the biggest mobile

I agree, but I'm sure they will have a reason for this model. Most likely the factories can't produce the amount necessary for a global launch, and storing those things is probably not the best idea.

You are right, iOS is Apple's horse right now, nevertheless, there are lots of professionals (and consumers) out there that rely on OSX. I think it would be a huge mistake if Apple forgets about those people's expectations.

To be honest, I didn't read the article. When I saw iOS features being introduced into the new OS a while ago I got pissed, and actually thought to myself that the developers didn't do it voluntarily.

Maybe he doesn't like the idea of combining OS with iOS.
