They're slicing the NASCAR drivers extra-thick this year.

Been toolin' around online with Gears of War last week or so to get my skills up ahead of the sequel release. And Castle Crashers, of course. Best XBLA game EVAR.

Cutscenes these days have lost all of the magic they used to possess in the 1990s. That's because even the shitty B-list games these days go balls to the wall with cinematics, making them completely unremarkable.

@zanzibarlegend: Really? Do you also write that to every poster who says some female game character or voice actress is sexy or thinks that Jade Raymond is fuckable? Give me a fucking break.

@avonkalgon: Seriously? This looks "emo" to you? Wow. Have you seen any gameplay?

This game is going to rule. I'm saving all my tostesterone until November! BOOYAH!!!

I'm a 360 owner, but I really hope this game succeeds as well as it appears it will. It looks absolutely amazing and it could be a game-changer for the industry as a whole.

@Turambar: I'm with you. Still kind of scratching my head over this story. Feels like I'm reading Gamesradar.

@lifeinthefridge: Couldn't agree more. It's shit like this that'll help gimp a drive-less PS4 or Xbox 720 from coming to market before 2020. Well, this, and the fact that high-speed broadband for everyone is still a pipedream.

@adamr999: I like it too, but I don't know if my comments are posting..

@.endejas.: Yep, one of the many buybacks going on in the market right now because of the meltdown. Stocks are at bargain basement prices. Whether you should be buying anything, though, is another question...

@Zeuxis: Wise - I'm playing it now (rented from Blockbuster on launch day) and am glad I didn't buy it. It's fun and everything, but not worth $60.

I'll finish Star Wars: TFU if there's time, but otherwise it's a pretty busy weekend girlfriend-wise.

@Mal-Content: You're bang on with your comment, but I don't see how any that excuses Kotaku from practicing basic standards of journalism.

@Brian Crecente: Whoa, wait. I just read your list of "things we try to determine before we run a rumour." You thought the source of this story was RELIABLE?

@shatteredhalo: Putting a tag next to something doesn't do anything to mitigate the situation, especially when Brian then goes off and starts accusing CAG of destroying its credibility.

@Brian Crecente: Why are you still defending this? CAG is a bunch of assholes for running a pointless contest that should be happening on the first of April — that much is true. But the net bottom line is that you got duped with a rumour. Admit it, post it, and move on.

You kidding? This game's coming out before Christmas. Think this story's a few facts on the side of wrong.

This is going to be amazing, but I really hope it doesn't feel as stiff as the first one. October and November are seriously going to dent the good ol' pocketbook.
