I think he knows it really doesn’t matter what he says, regardless of how contradictory or absurd.

“Perhaps it slipped his mind that the Catholic Church is arguably history’s foremost, greatest, and most ruthless colonizer.”
We should focus more on how Turkish Delights are complete ass and I went on a whole journey as a child searching for them because of the book. Top 5 disappointments of my life.
Correct! And if there’s anyone in her family that has a job it wouldn’t be unheard of that they get fired or if there’s a cousin with college prospects that they don’t get into university all of a sudden.
And her entire family is included in that threat. She can’t even run away without putting all of them in direct danger.
Peng Shuai is never going to be completely safe again. She’s going to live her life under surveillance. She’s going to live her life under threat of violence.
Fan Bingbing is a great example, and living proof that global fame does not deter the Chinese government from doing whatever tf it wants. She completely disappeared from social media and public view for four months, and resurfaced with a groveling apology for evading taxes, peppered with praise for the ruling…
But what should not be lost in the American media discourse is Peng Shuai, the human being, not merely the star athlete, who has to contend with half the world dissecting her every move.
I know we’re taking the middle path here but it’s clear what happened: She accused someone very powerful of sexual assault and she has been detained until she retracted the accusation.
I’d like to propose a theory now to explain some of the events we see:
I think the running girl seen at the beginning is Lottie, and she’s not being chased by the others, but she is in the grips of a psychotic break by running out of her meds (I’ve read elsewhere that she’s taking pills for her schizophrenia, but I’m…
I know, and this is the one thing about this series that worries me. I’ve not heard it expressly stated if this is a limited series or not, but I hope to god there is an endgame. I do not think this is a prolonged series. I really think a limited series would be best, but at most, give it two seasons.
yeah, I wish they had her find it and left it hidden. Maybe in a later episode I could have seen her destroying it, but this seemed so sudden. Ricci really is killing it though.
I couldn’t totally suspend my disbelief that Misty would destroy their chance of an assured and quick rescue. The timid character who has been bullied for so long and thus turns evil is a stock figure. Though Ricci in the present is having a blast.
she doesn’t necessarily want to be a leader, she just wants to be apart of the group and be accepted.
I simply love this show, and it’s the first time in a long while where I am really wondering who is going to make it out, who is safe and who isn’t. Beyond the core four, it seems up for grabs.
Not going to lie, I thought KKW did a good job.
“Now Kim “I can lawyer from home” Kardashian meets the bar for talent?”
It’s not like the bar hasn’t long since been lowered below the floor. Steve Forbes hosted in 1996 and made Kim Kardashian look like Gilda Radner in comparison. Rudy Giuliani hosted in the late 90s too and did horribly. And Trump hosted twice.
The difference in her face is so stark! Like, you are promoting a makeup line, but you’re using photoshop instead of the makeup to promote your supposedly amazing product? Make it make sense.

I’ve been it’s beautiful. Granted I’m white but was with a large group and people were super friendly. I liked Kalispell too. If hiking and tubing is your thing it’s nice. If camping is your thing check out the thrift stores. People abandon expensive things and they are taken the there. Huge amounts of wool sweaters.
