@robotkiller: It's more of the fact that Jobs/Apple dismissed the problem as a non-issue, a simple software fix, telling their customers to hold the phone differently. If you look at the hate towards the iPhone on Giz you should notice a lot of chatter directed at Apple, not just reception problems.

I love the native News and Weather app on Android. The weather feature is simple and has some really cool info. The News portion is the up to date headlines from Google News put into a basic UI and it constantly delivers fresh news. And the widget it great.
