Victim shaming? I’m questioning the fact of why there isn’t a criminal complaint but only a civil complaint. And then clearly asking for some assistance in what that means legally. I have every right to question that without being called a victim shamer. I mean this with all sincerity, fuck you.

It’s a completely legitimate question. You literally can’t even talk about a rape case from any stance that is anything but 100% belief of the victim and 100% condemnation of the accused on Gawker without being accused of shaming or blaming the victim. It’s ridiculously counterproductive.
