never..... i had the same thing as you. I even refreshed and tried again a few times and always got to that same screen then nothing. Now it gives me that other screen thats pretty much the SORRY you didnt get in page.

The game runs fine on consoles. But redeeming rewards and using the pc version or mobile app is damn near impossible.
