Fix the cigarette lighter.

Just cut the top of your head off. Priorities, man.

I bought a 2016 miata gt 6spd with 6k miles A few months ago for $23k. (Still winter, in Detroit.) More than you’re quoting, but the higher trim 124 was not being discounted nearly as much as the classica when I was looking.

Why more highway friendly?

Maybe not easy. The fiat uses the previous generation miata transmission for some reason.

I needed a jump the other day. Guy with an Audi, s4 I think, was there and offered to help. Neither of us could find the battery under all the plastic.

This! I have two of them. Both in extremely played with condition.

My house. Sigh.

You don’t have kids, clearly. My 2004 odyssey looks like it’s been through a war.

Truth. But I’ve been driving a ‘96 for 18 years. Might as well get one that I’ll like looking at for the next 18.

That’s the thing. I’m in the market right now and leaning toward the nd, based solely on looks. The nc is just homely.

I’m a big fan of these but I wish they stacked better in the fridge. They also don’t last as long as I’d like.

The thing I dont like about these is that they don’t nest well for storage. Especially the lids. Contrast: gladware. I do think they’re well made and I like the glass construction. (Which I realize makes it harder to make them nest)

Yeah, tried to sell a tv for $100 and the guy wanted me to drive two hours round trip to deliver it. Not as bad as if free but sheesh.

University is its own legal entity and in fact has its own roads. If this is all on North campus it could likely stay on those roads

I’ve only been pulled over twice in 19 years in my red N1. One time I would have been tagged no matter what,i blew a stop sign and there was a “traffic enforcement” car waiting for scofflaws like me. Other barely counts, it was for forgetting to put the new sticker on the plate while it was in winter storage.

You are wise.

I turn in my sportwagen on wednesday. Too hard to pass up the buyout for a 2010 vehicle, but I will definitely miss it.

That said, it is not perfect. I had a bunch of miscellaneous BS repairs (e.g., broken liftgate latch), and the A/C stinks of mold no matter what I do. That part I surely won’t miss.

I wonder if your older model gets better mileage because it didn’t have to comply with the stricter emissions? I get 35 city, 45 hwy (hit 50 once with a tailwind).

Not in my experience with my 2010 sportwagen (diesel manual wagon...black instead of brown, thankfully). I get regularly about 34mpg around town.

One time, I achieved 50mpg on a highway trip with a good tailwind. The previous day with a headwind I got about 40.

I don’t drive slow but I don’t hoon either.
