Gambling winnings are already taxed as income, and gambling losses are deductible from gambling winnings (but not from non-gambling income).

This is a great use of Rex Ryan’s time. No other member of the Bills organization could have handled this matter so well; it had to be done by the head coach.

To be sure, it’s a pretty long list.

I think the Packers are reaching a bit there.

So she talks about bears in more modest terms than her ducks? Or is it that she just likes to rhyme when the opportunity presents itself?

I for one hope the Pats sign Michael Vick.

So, so good.

Quoting someone is very different from conceding their point.

The author of this post did not admit anything, merely quoted what DraftKings said:

Maybe re-read my comments?

I remeber going to a game at the Ted a few years back in which he pitched seven or eight shutout innings and put the only two runs of the game on the board with a homer.

Hockey has an inordinate number of awful haircuts.

The point of adding tenths would be so that you can get an accurate synch between the whistle blowing (or an incomplete pass hitting the ground, or a player stepping out of bounds, etc) and the clock stopping. For example, on a replay the refs could see that the receiver stepped out of bounds at exactly 0:08.8 instead

Bring in the tenths of a second only when the clock gets down below ten seconds in the half. That way there would be two whistles at most with tenths being in play. I think we would all accept the possibility of a tiny bit of replay review for a chance at an extra play at the end of the game.

I don’t live in Georgia, I live in Chicago. I am just calling out bullshit for what it is.

Give that woman some royalties.

Were it to come from another writer, I might have brushed it off. But there is a history here:

Yes, I lived in New York once. Like many places in the world, there were a lot of great things about it and there were a lot of shitty things about it. It has attributes that attract and repel. New York and its people are not perfect. And other people and places are not necessarily inferior.
