Not only does MLB let him get away with this shit, they actually enabled him to do it. Remember that MLB took the struggling Expos off his hands and he got to take over the Marlins.

"No, no, tell the umps they get one ball for the game. If they want more there's a Wal-Mart down the road."

I challenge the Internet to find a worst owner in sports.

Heh heh - "Toyota Accord"

Yeah, we just have deer in the US. And they are exceptionally skilled at yielding the roadway to approaching cars.

Toyoda's achievements in industrial engineering revolutionized manufacturing. The Toyota way allows automakers to introduce new models a lot sooner and for less money than the traditional economies of scale approach developed by American and European automakers. His contributions are on par with those of Henry Ford.

It isn't easy to snot in hell or on an airplane. Airplanes tend to dry you out and you produce less mucus. I would think the extreme heat of hell probably isn't conducive to snotting, either.

Slower drivers = "Old people and Toyotas"

In your opinion, what is the most overrated soccer stat? The most underrated?

Yeah man, the humor is not hard to understand. And it works just as well if you change the end to "coming the company's way..."

"True Niners fans remember the 70's when the Cowboys kept the Niners from the Superbowl until Dwight Clark's catch."

I think that the Spurrier thing has a lot to do with the current state of media. In a previous era, Spurrier's play would not fly. Aside from the paper, it was hard to get news about the local teams. So no coverage in the paper would mean that there would be significantly less publicity for the team.

Coming the way of the company. If he was driving for his employer they will be liable.

My father was a steelworker and an active member of USW for 29 years. Back in the 90s, he was hit (there is little doubt that it was intentional) by the car of a worker who was crossing the picket line. He suffered a concussion. Management did eventually come to the table and a compromise was reached.

Too much time on that melodramatic FOX theme. The others are all better.

Hey bud, do what you gotta do and all, but keep in mind that dropping 25 grand on a car while in your early 20s is a terrible investment. I know we all love cars, but you can probably find something used that will be fun to drive and not lose so much value so quickly. And you'll be able to do other things, like take

Pfffft, Lincoln is fine. They obviously don't have any problems selling to people who like to party hard.

Exactly.

Pffft. Everybody knows that the uglier you make it the faster it will go. Case in point:

I agree. I voted NP with the stated caveat. If it doesn't bend like a major league curveball when you drive it, then you are good to go. But don't track the damn thing.
