Have you seen a solid list of things that should be changed after an estimated distance driven or amount of time? I think people worry that the lists in the car manual or as told by the service reps may be unnecessary just so that they can make an extra buck. For instance, I think a lot of people don't know to replace

I just deleted the app. I'm tired of the changes they keep making that makes it progressively worse. Their developers have to be laughing their ass off at us, continuing to take this punishment regardless of the complaints and low ratings they receive. Eh, sorry man, I don't really need your app.

Yea I was reading up on it last night and it seems it's 500 MB/s on each lane. I also saw that about the cable. Cool too with the reverse breakout cables if you want to take the motherboard ports and connect them to a backplane.

The SATA ports on my motherboard are actually SATA2. Thanks for the information. I've actually never heard of SAS and was only looking at PCIe to SATA options. I'm going to get the supermicro you recommended in the future if I stick with the current setup. Honestly, I like having a smaller board that I can just expand

Here's a question: my server is using a microATX board (biostar H61MGC) with 4 on board SATA 3 Gb/s ports. It also has 2x4GB ram and an i3 2105. I'm happy with the ram and CPU performance since it transcodes 1080p great on the fly using plex but I'm going to need to add more hard drives in the future. I'm currently

It's asking me (and apparently others from what I have seen) to login to a linked in account. No thanks, sounds fishy

One of my subscribe and save items was just cancelled yesterday. Finish Quantum tabs. Apparently they aren't using it for S&S anymore so be careful about that situation arising.

I've had that wallpaper on my external monitor since it came out heh

Let me begin by saying I've owned these speakers for longer than I actually remember, probably 8 years at least. I use them daily for gaming, movies, and music, and not once have had a single problem with them. Every bit of the system is built with quality in mind. The speakers themselves have a good weight to them,

Dupe

Some other methods I have saved for you all:

I got this theme off the Japan store when it was free a couple years ago and haven't changed it since then. Easily the best theme available and between it and the soundtrack, il pick up afrika one day to play.

What I like to do is just use the alt-tab equivalent (command+tab) to cycle through the open apps. When you land on one you want to close just hit q while continuing to hold down command+tab. This gives me great control on what I can leave open and what I can close. You can go through all your apps in about a second.

Plex

I don't usually reply to news posts, but this was frickin wonderful. Thanks for bringing back my childhood

Wow, someone really got carrier away...

So basically basically what Universal Studios has been doing for 11 years before Thorpe Park started fright night?

Here is a fun fact: the two deleterious effects they found with a low-carbohydrate diet were that it increased cortisol and C-reactive protein levels. Other than that it had "the most beneficial effects on energy expenditure and several metabolic syndrome components.” Cortisol is heavily mitigated after short term

Sorry duplicate comment. I hate this new comment system.
