With apologies to my fellow Jalops, I like this and am actually interested in buying one*. Glad to finally see some real details on it.

Here come all the people that weren’t going to buy one anayway proclaiming that they aren’t going to buy one.

I’m just bummed that they’re not carrying interesting cars with warranties like they used to. They have a few cool cars, just nowhere near how it used to be. I had a plan to buy myself a 5 year old S63 AMG or something and get a 6 year warranty on it for sorta cheap. That was really the only reason I’d ever go there.

For years now, CarMax has been treating both buyers and sellers like children. Sale prices too high, but non-negotiable. Buying prices too low, and also never budge on those.

Its frustrating to be sure, but towing these trucks out of the way is just going to result in violence. The kind of bro-truck, redneck mentality that leads to them ICE-ing, comes with a hearty helping of macho posturing as well.
