I think the anthem thing is really just the largest example of the bigger problem with Goodell. He’s not good at fixing problems. He’s not good with PR. Did the league handle Ray Rice well? Brady? How many fuckups does Goodell get before owners figure out he’s an empty suit?  

Yeah and Goodell is responsible for most of that what with his stellar business acumen and keen PR skills.
