I recently finished Titanfall 2's campaign, and I’ll admit that Respawn still knows how to make a great campaign.

If only the full package of Doom was stellar. The multiplayer is trash. Snapmap is alright but it’s no substitute for proper mod support.

Can we talk about how horrible the setup and follow-up was for this award? Having YouTube personalities shout “That Dragon, Cancer!” like it’s freaking Doom or something, and then the guy comes up in tears. Then following it up with an actual ad for Doom? Really poor timing and tone all around.

Regardless of all the controversy, this is an impressive update.

I will admit I felt burned by the day 1 purchase, but I knew that work would continue and am glad to see such an enormous update come so quickly. This  is a huge expansion mere months after release, meaning this was in the pipeline before their initial release, just not ready in time. Keep up the good work guys!

If the game was cheaper at launch it would have surely taken its criticism better. With that said, this is a step in the right direction. $35 (on steam) is still a bit pricey IMO, but I won’t be averse to picking this up in the near future now.

Jesus, you would think by now everyone would know this is pretty common knowledge. If you have some kind of voice function, then you will most likely have a bunch of over obnoxious cursing kids (and adults) all over Xbox Live. I mean seriously? Get real ABC.
