i feel like you missed the point. in the 90's they didn't have as many colors to work with, that's why the pallet feel limited.

funimation bought the license when bandai/sunrise's fall out happened, they announced a full remaster with a blu ray release, i dont doubt they will update the colors, but you have to know a lot of the colors weren't available then
