Yes. Its that they literally dont mind. China hasnt had good cgi for long. We’ve had great CGI since basically The Matrix in 1999. Its basicly how in the early 90's when our CGI was just starting out it looked terrible as well but we didnt really complain back then cause we didnt know better.
