The confirmation was made by Andy Palmer the EVP in the US at the Detroit auto show...Nissan needs another high MPG car to offset the new Nissan Titan that is also coming in 2016 for CAFE purposes...its coming here...

It actually looks good—but remains to be seen if it's pricing, size and capability can differentiate it from the Silverado...if its not sufficiently different in all three areas it will be a dud, much like its previous generation namesake...
