Saab's Sensonic. A manual with a computer controlled clutch. The idea was to have the precision of a manual with the ease of an automatic. What actually happened was it was unreliable and hill starts were impossible. Top Gear did a video on it, but I couldn't find it.

Well be disturbed because there were NO AILERONS. It was much easier to push the inside wing down. The B-47 had ailerons and in some cases they would do the reverse of the intended command because of the wing bending out on the ends. The feature caused several accidents on the 47. In flight the wing tips on the BUFF
