I'd recommend maybe just paying for a single service so you have enough space to store everything in one place, and you don't have to deal with so many different services. Depending on your finances it might be worth it.

Almost any laptop that costs, like, ~$400 or more will be just fine. The only specifications you really need to look out for would be to make sure it has an HDMI port. I'd say don't go lower than 4Gigs of RAM. Get an i5 or better or the AMD equivalent, but I'd recommend just getting an Intel processor.
