I let Spotify publish everything I listen to on Facebook, so I just went to my profile and it gives you the top 5 songs for the current month and the previous month. There's also a default 'Top Lists' app in Spotify itself which will give you your top 10 songs; however, it's biased to what you've recently listened to.

Try removing the RAM and reinserting it and see if that helps. Otherwise, you have faulty RAM.
