The squirrely bits make my asshole pucker, but the gentle drifts are beautiful.

LOL, well it is still kind of impressive, most cars can't even fit a kayak. Maybe these guys would know: [jalopnik.com]

I want him to apologize for the shitty grammar.

I have to admit, if you asked me about a canoe I would probably say, "Well maybe a kayak, but I don't know about a canoe..." Impressive that it will fit.

There is a relatively easy way to ensure your CarMax purchase was not a rental. Buy a car with a manual transmission.

My first thought was "I wonder if that affects the Suzukis.?"

The Vibe is a Toyota Matrix which is essentially a Corolla wagon. Now Toyota make make boring appliances, but they are pretty damn good appliances.

Yeah, but back then Toyota had not abandoned all fun cars yet. They still had years of Supra and MR2 ahead of them.

Looked at one at the LA Auto Show. Their literature claims it is SoCal built, but I called it as Chinese the minute I saw the door that was so misaligned it would not even latch. The car doesn't look that horrible, but damn, it screams cheap POS. The original Hyundai Excel looked higher grade.

That Optima was going against the flow. It was almost Teutonic in its shape while surrounded by Asian and other cars that were nasty amorphous jellybeans. Not exciting, but not really all that boring either.

There was a second Jalopnik pak for FM3, IIRC.

Lovely, but needs more Waylon Jennings.

Damn you, I had stuff to do today.

The question is not most beige car, but the most unadorned. Toyotas are boring and ugly at the same time, (With the exception of the XV20 which is actually not bad looking.) They have lots of amorphous adornment, in spite of being incredibly boring. Oddly, that XV20 is one of the least dressed up Camrys, but

I say "Prindle."

HAI GUIZE, IT SEZ 60 HORSEPOWERS! LOL.

This last one made the whole sad thread worth it.

There is an old thread or two on NASIOC. I was looking at an '05 WRX wagon in the wake of my Mazda6 eating the clutch at 14k, (Wife commuting in it and both of us decade plus stick drivers and babying our new car does not equal "Driver Abuse".) I wanted to learn more about them. We test drove an '05 wagon that

I love the rain.

What are you on about? I have been driving stick for 18 years, in a number of vehicles from a wee little Tercel up to a Freightliner and I have never warmed up the transmission. My Jeep Cherokee has over 150k on the original clutch and has no issues. Speaking of Shens, I call Shens on your post.
