What kind of booze do you like? A bright spring cocktail I like is a Sour with St-Germain. 2 oz of whatever booze you like (Bourbon, Gin, Vodka, Light Rum), 3/4 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz St-Germain, optional 1/4 oz Simple Syrup (if you want it sweeter). Shake over ice and strain. Lemon peel garnish.
