Not enough people talk about LeBron. Thanks.

Ok, I stand corrected. I didn’t see that angle before. The other angle looks like there isn’t any contact.
Redacted, I was wrong after seeing the other angle.
You realize the .gif is in the post, right? Klay’s clearly getting shoved mid-air.
But when it reached the part of the speech where Reagan addressed “the enemies of freedom,” the following images were shown: A protester in a beanie with an anti-fascist slogan
It is NOT POOR FORM good god why is this misconception so common? That is the CORRECT thing to do for deadlifts. Dropping the bar after completing a deadlift is the efficient and safe way to minimize wear and tear on your spine. It’s not like just flinging dumbells to the ground after doing some curls.
I think you are confusing trashing a dead person with flagging unacceptable behavior. He’s dead, he won’t be tried. Got it. His behavior should be discussed and he should not be worshiped for the sole point that we should not normalize or accept anyone repeating it. We learn a lot of good history lessons from dead…
Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz is like “what about Volkswagen?”
Meanwhile, Volkswagen is like “what about Ford?”
Meanwhile, Ford is like “oh yeah? Well I bet horses are Jewish. I mean have you seen those noses? And their shoes, made of metal? I bet that costs a lot of money.”
Please don’t devolve into what-about-ism. There's plenty of dirt to throw on both. I'd be surprised if Jalopnik hasn't published multiple pieces about Ford.
“So if you’re going to pull a random rant about a dead guy remotely related to cars who used to date underage girls...”
Yeah gotta disagree with this. If you’re up to your max weight reps, you’re not going to be gingerly setting it down every time.
Here’s the strongest deadlifter in the world lifting not even remotely close to his max weight and dropping it way harder.
Sure seems obvious he’s recording it to watch his form..
Hate to go “DO YOU EVEN LIFT BRO” on here, but the guy can handle the weight just fine as he achieves lockout each time on his deadlift. Maybe slight rounding on the lift but nothing dangerous. When the weight is that heavy it perfectly acceptable to drop it that way and just start your setup over entirely as the form…
Typically in powerlifting competitions, one has to “control” the bar down; in reality, this means keeping both hands on the bar and more or less dropping it as seen in the video. Seeing as the coach the kid has been working with is described as a powerlifting coach in the article, I’d say he’s doing it exactly as…
I get it, it’s a lame joke. But you don’t have to get all testy about it.
Just finishing the Tour de France takes balls -- or “a ball” as the case may be.
