My vote for best Moore Bond film is 'The Spy who Loved Me'.  Decent theme song, introduction of Jaws, Barbra Bach (Agent XXX) and the Lotus Esprit sports car, put it over the top.

I also agree with Cookie.  Usually, when a movie wants to convey that a character is a dork, they just have the actor wear glasses.  The thing is that even when Maguire took off the glasses, he still looked like a dork which is perfect for the Peter Parker character.
