I would’ve liked to have seen a T2 Sarah Connor step into the ring.

I was about to post “hey, they did a good job making it look like the original” when I realised that all they really had to do was watch the original and then, y’know, just do that again. Pretty much renders my post null and void, to be honest.
Honestly I was watching the first and video and thinking “what’s all the fuss about” then I watched the second one and was suddenly very aware that I wasn’t viewing this in “Incognito” mode.
holy shit
Maybe Snorlax could wear an Ash suit?
That was fabulous.
This looks like the sequel FNAF3 shoud’ve been. Looking forward to this now.
This was a really great piece of writing, Stephen. A wonderful tribute to a wonderful man.
The news of Mr. Iwata’s death is utterly heartbreaking, though my emotional well-being is a far second to his family, friends and co-workers. My thoughts are with them and may he rest in peace.
I’m really, really hoping for a return to RE’s classic roots. I don’t think they should go back to full-tank controls, but something more, well, survival horror.
Obligatory
lol
Trevor as the basketball was fucking superb.
I have, but I’ve never felt any use for them. For example: the in-glide quick gadget upgrades seem cool at first glance, but I never used them because punchy-punchy-ness works so well. Turthfully, the only time I used the grapple was to negate the electro-charged goons the Medics create...
I think you’ve missed my point. I don’t mean overpowering as in “stronger than thugs” I meant that the moveset is so varied and overpowered that they make gadget use pretty much redundant in the main game, bar a couple of mandatory instances (such as the charging thugs). I’ve only used the gadgets for the challenges…
In AC, you also had to tap it twice (or three times if it’s a triple counter). AFAIK, they never explicitly state that you have to do that, I think it’s just expected. It’s not the clearest system in the world, but it feels damn good to pull off.
That’s impressive considering the 140-character limit.
Damn. If they’d used the word “content”, I’d have won Game Announcement Bingo.
As in where there’s two (or three) henchmen surrounding you and you double (or triple) tap the counter button? Because that’s in. If you mean the multiple-counter that was introduced in Origins (where the counter symbol had more than one, er, symbol) then that was exclusive to that game only.
Hah! I’d noticed a gap in my inventory and it wasn’t until I was wandering around Panessa Studios that I found them (you need them for a few Riddler challenges).
