“I don’t have hate in my heart.” - Stassi Schroeder

I’m not in the wedding industry but all I can say is that the people who work in it are like you, in crisis mode. They are probably barely hanging on to any income and living in fear of it returning at all. That’s no excuse to not exercise empathy towards you, but hopefully it helps contextualize any pain you’ve felt

There’s a term for this: disenfranchised grief. I think everyone has experienced it at some level this year- teens who didn’t get to walk in their cap and gown, new mothers who can’t have visitors at the hospital, and more seriously the ongoing trauma of being black in America. There is a whole spectrum of grief that

I would LOVE the opportunity to feel suffocated and stressed in a 13,000 square foot home with nannies!

WHAT’S IT GONNA TAKE TO CANCEL THIS SHOW

Pregnant woman here... wearing compression underwear like belly bands 100% provides support. You jiggle and chafe a lot as the bump grows and it is way more comfortable when you have some support and fuller coverage underwear, especially when moving about. Yes, the body technically can support the bump ergonomocally,

Agreed- every woman is different but I felt...supported by belly bands, over the bump leggings, etc. You jiggle a LOT when pregnant (boobs, belly) and having that extra support made me feel more comfortable moving around.

It’s not just ugly- this kind of foam is highly toxic, can cause respiratory distress, it smells terrible and once the 15 minutes of foam mirror is over these things are going straight to the landfill.

I got as far in the video as “I have black friends who...” before closing it. I honestly don’t use this phrase because I think it is truly degrading to women, but what a dumb fucking bitch.

My heart goes out to the first POC they hire/promote as a result of this. Knowing for a fact that you were hired in part for the optics of being more diverse is objectifying and traumatizing in itself.

I hope you’re right, I don’t know why she would feel obliged to protect a pedophile’s identity unless they have already been exposed.

I was thinking this exact thing. First of all, kudos to Naya for taking her own son on outings (most celebs will not leave the house without a nanny), props to all the amazing single moms out there.

cosigned on Andy Cohen. It’s such a red flag for this guy to claim he has absolutely no platform from which to enact change. pretty pathetic.

I didn’t say it wasn’t feminism. I am just asking for more positive profiles IN ADDITION to the takedowns.

Bear with me here... can I request that Jez start doing profiles of non-problematic female CEOs/execs as well? I know that people like Sophia Amorouso, Tyler Haney, Miki Agrawal, Christene Barberich, Audrey Gelman, et al are independently controversial but we could all benefit from a more positive brand of feminism. E

Just to add: they released the 911 tape of Kenneth Walker calling for an ambulance. Through sobs he says “Somebody kicked in the door and shot my girlfriend,” so it is pretty obvious that the police did not identify themselves. Also, where did the police go? They just shoot up a home and ran away to figure out their

We need to scour the VPR archives, I’m pretty sure everyone on this show has had a racist/homophobic/transphobic/misogynistic soundbite at some point... This may just be be how we rid ourselves of these people!

In regards to how challenging they were WARNED it would be, they said in a video that God would give them the strength or whatever. For all my Christians out there: IF YOU HAVE TO ASK GOD OR ANY OTHER MYSTICAL CREATURE FOR THE STRENGTH TO DO SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO DO IT.

Also, Boyega saying “I really fucking hate racists” is pretty on character for Finn.

It is VERY worth mentioning that her three other children who she has offered a “forever home” as their mother are white.
