Actually neither is a big deal if you are willing to enter into longer term loan for the used or new automobile of your choice. If you are willing to pay it really does not matter at all. Just pay it off when ready.
Exactly. Borrowing money for a long term at a significant interest rate may not be the best solution but it is a viable solution for many people. And each has his or her reasons for doing so. Taking the longer term will allow you to buy an expensive item like an automobile but not put you immediately in the poor…
Not only can a person buy what you called a better house but because of the 30 year term they can also afford to live. To buy food, clothing and other stuff. They are able to pay for utility bills.
Some folks just do not care about anything other than keeping a monthly payment low.
