I believe there are a handful of exceptions to the fake car = cucumber rule. Some reproduction Cobras and 356's are really high quality and accepted as a reasonable solution to the limited supply.

The physics appears normal to me. The rear gets sliding while the front still has grip. The rear end comes around then the front loses traction and the car slides ass first into the curve. I see something that is tricky to do intentionally but perfectly within normal driving physics.

Way back when, I worked at a grocery store. We had a greeter who was your typical 80-something year old retiree. He drove a Z06 convertible every day. Even the dead of winter.
