Eh.. I’m going out on a limb here and saying that the prep time and demand on Pizza deliver is a lot higher. Though I have no clue about anything other then Pizza.

Depends on the meat or the acid you use. Orange juice does wonderful things to skin on chicken or fish.

I have always been a 1/3 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup lemon (or orange if I am using this on chicken) juice, 4 table spoons of salt and 2 cups of water for my base. Then I add whatever extras I want to that to make the flavor of the day.

This is one of those use your wallet do the talking moments. Get up, walk out and don’t go back. Share the experiance with your circle of influence, and recommend they take the same course of action. Will it change their policy? Nope. Will you be supporting something you don’t agree with? Also nope. Win/win situation.
