@TuxRug: I used to ROCK at it! It was the only game I played. Once I even kicked two of my friend's asses while playing against them looking at the TV screen off the reflection of a mirror. It was tough but I still managed to get about 10 kills vs 2-5 they could get me tag-teaming.

The problem I see is that the muscles used to turn ones foot to the side are much weaker than the calf-muscle used to push it down. So you would get tired of driving this way much quicker.
