I’d be more okay with that if Auto-pilot wasn’t beta and this review didn’t mention how they were nervous about letting auto-pilot do anything but go in a straight line... I mean, knowing speed is still quite important.

I can’t sit this next to any other optioned $50k car (like this one cost) and after sitting in each justify buying this car. That interior would depress me. Using the touch screen on my current car while driving to do something is frustrating enough, having to do everything that way is terrible. How does this car not

I’ve tried to switch to Linux several times in my life. I swear I’ve tried to have the most open of minds and lots of patience, but there’s always something that makes me switch back. Whether it’s lack of software options or bizarre issues with drivers or whatever. And I’ve come to the conclusion that Linux isn’t an

From my reollection, they didn’t even end up being “suckers” but profited from the Madoff scam. The reason why they’re broke from what I recall is that they had to make massive payments from the creditors of Madoff who actually did get screwed over.

They’re in Rogue One.

They were in Rouge One, not The Force Awakens.

I just mean philly sports in general. As a rule of thumb they get your hopes up to a frenzy and then will kick your legs out 90% of the time.

If you look they had a their AAA team almost make the playoffs, but missed out after calling up most of the team to the Phillies.

The flyers were mid in their division last year.

If that Super Charger station has a roof over where they charge the Tesla’s that is where the solar panels are.

Now playing

I hear that - it can get exhausting geting into the details in these posts. Mostly nobody gives a rat’s ass anyway -ha.

Bolton is actually a great example of my point. Tillerson understands the value of soft power. Bolton wants to speak loudly and carry a big stick. I’m not saying that Tillerson was good at his job, but he wasn’t as bad at it as so many other people in Trump’s circle could be.

I’m not saying it wont happen, just that it will take a lot longer then anyone thinks, simply because people just assume because we have smaller and faster computers then we did 30 years ago, that they are somehow smarter then they were 30 years ago. That is categorically a false statement.

I’m giving up on trying to convince people on this blog that they wont be sipping mocca frapachinos while a Autonomous car zips them down the highway, and through back roads, in the snow, at 90mph in the next 5 years..

Yes, AI is getting there. But it depends on being connected (ALWAYS) and doing that processing in the cloud, which is problematic. Hell, I lose the LTE connection in my house sometimes just sitting there. It’s just not reliable enough yet to trust your life to it. And getting to the point it can be done offline is

Most big cities have big boulevards with 45 or 50 mph speed limits.

I agree. They’ll have to pry manual transmission V8 vehicles from my cold dead fingers.

it’s like trying to hit a bullet with a smaller bullet

I agree it is really difficult, I actually work in the automotive field and have seen a lot of the difficulties. I think that 40 years is a good estimate for nearly full-autonomous driving.

While I think there will be a lot of headaches to make it happen, and it certainly isn’t just around the corner as some autonomous outfits would lead you to believe, it will happen. My reasoning is that the market for a completely autonomous vehicle is just too large, there’s too much money to be made to ignore it.
