Nope, just an adult thats been around enough to know that making decisions based on emotions is never a good thing. Attempting to run someone like Bernie would be a emotional response to Trump, and I guarantee you a losing proposition.

We got Trump because the majority of the country is White, and a very, very large portion of white people still dont like/trust Black people. Combine that with him pushing “Socialist” policies like Healthcare and other Social Spending and you get someone that the majority of the country is not going to like.

Okay, well, sorry to say most of the country is Centrist.  If the D’s run Bernie Sanders then Trump will be President for 8 years.. or Pence.  I certainly will not vote for Bernie.  

I hate Trump with every fiber of my ability. However, if Bernie runs, I will not vote for him.

If it’s any consolation, anyone associated with Trump at the White House has probably shot themselves in the foot for any further political career. I personally had a great deal of respect for Mattis and could have seen myself supporting him politically. That was before Trump. Now he is complicit and actively lying on…

Pence is scary in his own right, no doubt.. but hes not a complete idiot and seems fairly politically astute. He has amazingly stayed pretty clean during all of this.

I obviously was half joking.. I dont want to see anyone get hurt. However, there is a certain part of me that likes to see people who voted directly against their own self interest get hurt by the things they voted for.  Especially in this situation.

I hate to say it, but you reap what you sow. Just as I really dont give a shit when Southern States get pummeled by Hurricanes, I dont give a crap if Michigan and Ohio lose jobs. If those states decided to vote in Trump knowing his stance on trade and the environment, then fuck em.

Just guessing, but possibly because the market knows that the Tarrifs will at some point go away and the business will normalize.  Steel is not going to be made in the U.S. like it was 20,30,40,50 years ago.. thats just a cold hard reality that everyone accepts, except Trump.
