Gen Xer here, the Millennial’s are fine. I’ve been in the workforce for 20+ years, and of course iv’e had my issues with the Millennial’s, but its overblown. Most of them are hard working and not entitled. The ones that are, they dont go anywhere.. but every generation has those guys.
