Where the hell are you living that HOA fees are 250/Month? I live in a nice development (4-5 Bedroom Houses, .5 Acres). Our HOA fees are 250/Yr! That includes mowing a large communal area (3 or 4 acres) and maintaining all of the shrubs/flowers in the common areas.

Came here to say this.. I loved season 1 and 2.. Season 3 sucked ass, and actually bored me. Since I loved Season 1 and 2, ill definitely watch Season 4.. but if it’s on par with 3, I wont make it though more then a few episodes, and I wont come back.
