As a short-legged, petite type, I’ve found that the true holy grail of pants that elongate your legs and make you look shapely yet slender, is the high-waisted boot cut/bell bottom style pant. I’m Turkish and while I’m a person of color where I live in Europe now due to the particular history of immigration from Turkey to that country, in the US I was certainly white passing and benefitted from white privilege.
