Gonna spoil him at an early age eh? I didn't get to experience NHRA til high school lol. Lucky Kid.

yeah I wish they still did the quarter mile...unfortunately too many of the old tracks just don't have a safe enough shut down area to make it safe if something bad happened.

lol yeah when we went to Bristol in June I was more than happy to get into the nitro exhaust and start crying and coughing with delight. I should have bought that dern gas mask...

*we got

yeah at Bristol we Tony and Don Schumachers autograph on a Piston we got for free, then we got Antron Browns, John Force's, and many others. I drank too much nitro exhaust at Bristol lol.

I gotta admit that although I love all forms of motorsports, NHRA is the most fun event to attend from the fan's perspective. I went to Bristol this past June and I went home with 2 clutch plates, a piston sleeve, and a piston autographed by Tony and Don Schumacher. The best part is I got those autographs from Tony

lol that's an awesome story. I love seeing people jump that first time the top fuelers go down the track! The crazy part is if you go to the end of the track the cars accelerate so fast that you see them move before the sound gets to you! I took this one at Bristol and you can see what I'm talking about...plus at the

Dude you gotta go in the pits and stand next to one when they are running it! Nothing like being doused in Nitro Methane and feeling the sound in your chest.

Dude it was more than just blowing holes into a wall. You could create a whole cave inside a random piece of rock! Why couldn't they expand on this though with later games? What if you were playing a level and you had to destroy the side of a mountain to take over an enemies underground HQ? What if you could destroy

there were limitations but it was also the first game in the series and I experienced it on the PS2 so sure there were limitations but it was still very different from anything else out there.

Ugh this is frustrating. The BEST Red Faction was the first game. Why? Because you could blast a huge hole in the side of a wall that a tank could fit into! I don't know why they abandoned such a unique type of gameplay. After that game Red Faction has gone downhill. Guerilla was ok but the graphics were poor and

I vote for this design! Even you Forza lovers gotta admit this is sweet.

not too surprised. Most gaming companies are doing this now but I wonder what gamestop will do once all of the used games they sell will require online passes to be fully playable? I also wonder if this will hurt games like Skyrim or other single player offline titles because they will obviously be the more attractive

oh yeah it's everywhere...it's just too bad that on xbox live it happens because people actually pay an additional yearly fee just so they can play online.

at least everyone on xbox live gets to pay a yearly fee to experience this amazingness. Honestly though, gamers in general are very disrespectful towards others. It's a rare occasion to play a game online and not have to experience two or more people in a profanity laced tirade against each other. It's too bad that

Kotaku fails to mention that Kaz's team finished first in their class.

I put a 500gb HDD in my PS3...and it's half full :D

this is funny coming from a man who had public tv spreading his lies for years and continues to do so to this day!

and that was better than episodes 1-3 combined.
