I imagine at least HALF of car buyers would rather do everything online than visit a dealership. It just so annoying and inconvenient. The only benefit I see is for people who for the most part buy cars just to buy cars, i.e those that aren’t particular about the engine, mpg, whether its FWD or rwd, etc.

I assure you there’s people who you could show all the features and advantages of the bronco sport to in comparison to the escape and they’d still want the escape because they have no use for any type of rugged/off roadyness.
