Anyone who says depression is just you being bullshit is wrong. Depression is a real thing, it’s a physical illness, it’s as real as the flu or hepatitis or whatever else.

I recommend a therapist, on the grounds that this is textbook depression. If COVID wasn’t the start of this “nothing matters, I have no motivation and no emotions,” that is a thing you should see a professional about.
