I thought it was a pretty boring episode. I didn't mind either the Don or Betty storylines on their own, but together they didn't seem to add up to much- just a way of getting Don from A to B. Either would have worked better paired with some lively accounts business.
But if it's a prequel of sorts, shouldn't it take place 40 years before the events of the book, not after? If it was the 1840s, that would kind of make sense.
I like it. Not quite sure if we have reliable ethnicity data for 1940s Neverland though…
