What probably happened, considering the workload of the average industry mangaka is like, as they fell into a rhythm, they made both conscious and unconscious design choices in order to maximize their productivity. And the “younger” more stylized look is easier to produce and repeat hundreds of times.

Kiyohiko Azuma did this for his Azumanga-Daioh manga series I remembered. I think he did it to have the series look more like his “current” art-style.

He traveled across the country, beat up top players, and all he got was a shoddy trophy for it.

Grandia 2 has zero random encounters actually. All enemies are on the screen and you can actually avoid many enemies if you wish to, but then you’re missing out necessary experience for your leveling as well as your upgrading ‘currency’ for magic/skills.

In general, when do you know when the RNG is bad in a game, and when is it your fault? I’ve heard people say that maturity is learning the difference between the two, but I feel like I should be able to handle anything a game throws at me regardless, and often put the blame at my own feet, not the game’s, when I fail.

I’m new to this stuff. What’s a Ninka? Is it a misspelling of Ninja or something else?

It’s incredible that the human record is only a second and a half slower than the tool-assisted speedrun optimizing every frame.

“And Suzy died so bravely, filming the very tsunami that took her from us”

Looks like a PS2 game

“Their faces don’t look human.”

So. Like. Let’s be real. Online harassment isn’t okay. That’s a fact. Name calling isn’t okay either. Calling a woman a slut because she wears low cut tops is just dumb.

I’ve been enjoying the short hair Zelda fan art coming out from all over the world, but I’ve also seen plenty of people talking about the “Rehydrated Ganondorf”, and the one thing I love most are the jokes.

Windwaker Ganondorf got it in the head. Twilight Ganondorf got it through the chest. In any case, it’s unofficial, so it’s just a nod to the hand holding him down in the trailer.

Ice is technically Water, a Butterfly is technically a Caterpillar, you still call them Ice and Butterfly respectively and is wrong to call them otherwise because it’s state has changed and thus they transformed state need a specific term. This is exactly the same, in this state he is called Ganondorf, in his monster

Your time will come again.

Phew, glad I didn’t have to be the one to be a pedantic asshole today.

What Ganon From Breath Of The Wild Might Actually Look Like

Look up the “Me Me Me” video. The whole egirl shitck from the makeup, outfit(more or less), the dance and the song pretty much came from that. nsfw(obv)

Ha, figures it’d be something like this.

I knew that Game Freak wasn’t exactly owned by Nintendo and yet, somehow, I still thought Junichi Masuda worked for Nintendo. This is so confusing.
