Funny.. the entrance to both the Akira Wall memorial / art thingy and the Nintendo shop had tickets sold out on first 3 days. I believe you had to reserve them (not sure if you had to buy them). So it’s not just making the line to enter the mall.. you have to queue to enter the store.

If there’s something I’ve learned about Japan these last few weeks, is that it doesn’t matter what it day it is.. There are a LOT of Japanese people with a lot of “free time” everywhere. Weekday? Doesn’t matter.. Universal Studios (on a rainy day), Disneyland and even a new Mall are filled!!

Was it a great ending? I don’t even remember it! I remember everything that happened in BotW, though. Even if I hated how bland it’s world was.. the characters and story were simple, yet memorable.

People using Dark Souls to compare it to this game must feel real special in the brain.. It isn't, it's a bit more generic than a FromSoft game.

Honestly.. if Pokemon fans are getting excited for this (which is basically paid DLC for those that considered Let’s Play as a Game that wasn’t worth buying), then I’m sure this rehash / cashgrab will sell as much (or more) as the previous games. And Game Freak will continue to not learn the actual lesson..

Okay.. I’ll help your math. If there is only “8 gimmick forms” then they have introduced a mechanic that is not worth using. Most of these Pokemon are not final forms.. will their stats go from low-tier to competitive after Gigantamax? Meaning that these Pokemon might not be usable in either!
