What to take from all this? Don't take Richard's opinion highly when it comes to judging Anime (specially this early). I got bored of MK8 in a week.. I just can't take a new game seriously when there is nothing new to offer at all. You can cover it in whatever paint you want, but it resulted in the exact same thing.. Double Dash is still far better in my book for doing what it did to the game, while still being a Mario Kart.

It's a miracle, I agree with first place.. DD had the best control on the game (I think MK DS did too) allowing you to snake and even evade Blue Shells with a charged-boosted drift! This is the kind of game pros like to play, not these new MK games where it's pretty much rail-riding.

For everyone crying, there was supposed to be an announcement for A new character.. we got Robin. Lucina is a skin for Marth, I bet my future on it! There are just SO many little details that point to it (Dolphin splash + counter + dancing swords and standing animation.. go look for some Marth game play from the E3).
