That’s the really shitty, psychology association disapproved way of “dealing with it”.

I mean... poverty has an ever more widespread and negative effect but I don’t see all the white Jez ladies advocating for anything other than benefits for already-stable white women.
Gonna fix this for you:
I’d rather see the real frats, i.e. “K-Street” and other Senate/House related frats gone.
Are you kidding? Progressive social issues have moved faster in the last decade than they did during the previous century.
“Why didn’t she call the cops”?
Or, just maybe, most of the time things are less clear and less objective.
It isn’t the school’s job to be law enforcement. It is, however, the cops’ job. Police reform would go miles further than any more power handed to money-hungry institutions.
NO. We need to reform police departments.
How is that any different from the colleges continuing to do a poor job, at best, of prosecuting rapists?
Does that mean.... ehrm... does... uhh... poop come out of there..?
There’s a lot of very recent development that makes that more common. Being able to transition at younger ages without nearly the same kind of wall of complete opposition we had even a decade ago is huge.
I think a lot has to do with starting HRT and other therapies early. If you can identify and address a transition before puberty has wrecked your body, you have a far better chance of being able to, say, pass as a ciswoman on a largely-viewed television show.
There’s a certain privilege for transwomen who are naturally femme.
But the populous needs to know who this evil dude going around getting everyone sick maliciously and with intent actually is. Otherwise he’ll just keep giving his partner’s STIs and what would happen if the Quarterback can’t play since he’d too busy “pissing fire”?
No. It is NOT what is best for one party. It is what is fair and justifiable under law.
only expulsion
Or, just maybe, their respect for the Fifth Amendment means they don’t place the ability to enact easy-but-severe punishment as any sort of “progressive value”. Being able to accuse and punish, without any process, is horrific.
...punishment for a student accused of such a crime should be deferred “until the completion of the criminal investigation and any subsequent trial.”
