Nope - the pulled the IC sprayers YEARS ago. Though, you can get the JDM setup and put it in your USDM car.

I used to track my STI all the time. IATs were not affected dramatically by spraying the IC with water. Sitting there with the engine idling in traffic, in the staging lanes, etc was plenty to heat soak the IC on a hot day. If IC temperatures are your concern, then you'll want a front mount. No they stopped that in 2008. I had one in my 2007 STI and I pretty much never used it and the tank was always empty.
