I don't understand why everyone is bashing this new typing method. I think this is pretty great. Usually the fastest way to write is by hand. I would think with practice, users would be able to come close to match their writing speed.

Although it might not be completely ethically correct, no one can touch Google.

@symbology: Seriously, you can tell ol' Jobs had an influence on the new tones. It sounds like something I'd hear out of a Bugs Bunny cartoon, or maybe Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner.

These new SMS ringtones are annoyingly long. Tri-tone is a bit tiresome, but I never complain about meatloaf.
