Adding a hybrid system to an existing platform is complicated, unlikely LC buyers would want it- I’m one and I certainly don’t.

Toyota’s *current V8 diesel won’t, have a look at the 300 series.

You want to add a complex hybrid system AND batteries for one market
 to a vehicle bought primarily for its bulletproof reliability and I make no sense?  P.S. the 300 series diesel will be at least 49 state legal. 

So- bring the diesel here, with carplay.
