Look at EA Origin premier - let’s say your a core game buyer, and you buy the new Madden and Battlefield / Battlefront every year. At the same price with Premier, you get every EA game that comes out (ie the two you buy annually + whatever else comes out) , their back catalog, and a decent number of independent games.

At some point - you have to remember that most people only buy at most a handful of games a year. Not everyone has money / time to play everything.

Hot Take: No. I honestly can’t name a single time I’ve ever thought a game should run at a lesser frame rate. If there’s an interactive element, more fluid interaction will always be better. And this comes from some who has a 165 Hz PC monitor and a Switch.

At some point shareholders really need figure out if these large compensation plans are worth it.
