This is absolute nonsense. A quick Google search showed me that those differences not only are negligible, but are based on conviction rates. Of course it’s more likely for a black guy to get convicted for killing a white guy than the other way around. This is that stupid 13/50 bullshit again. Learn to read statistics.

First of all, jogging through a construction site in broad daylight is hardly proof of burglary. Secondly, that is not how citizens arrests work. They laid in wait for him far away from the inciting incident with no personal eye witness of it.

He clearly did not see the gun until he had gone around the truck. Just watch the video. Do you really think he was some kind of fearless supersoldier who sees an armed crazy person 20 yards away and just tries to charge him?

They pointed a shotgun in his face. I live in an open carry state. If someone has a fucking shotgun pointed at me, I’m gonna be surprised and defensive. The guy jogging was carrying none of those things, and those community members decided to take the law into their own hands by threatening the man’s life.
