As someone who has done All Of The Drugs and Drinks Too Much Alcohol I can say for 100% certainty that booze is way fucking worse than pot.
The laws have been pretty obvious since THC was labeled medically useless but Marinol (THC with a brand name and prescription) was labeled medically useful.
