@fearing: YES!! the picture is Etraigan. Mind you i learned that from Batman the animated Series. One of the first episodes where I was annoyed by the animation change. I knew it started with "Worlds Finest" batman superman crossover but that episode was my first encounter with WitchBoy. I don't follow the comics.
