Energy independence isn’t the worry that it used to be, we net export oil.

He said reliable.

So it’s a marketing issue then lol. 7 years of saying full hands off self driving will come the next year even for older cars but it’ll never happen.

Prius sales figures have been declining for a decade. Maybe the cooler all-new one will change that but it remains to be seen.

I was immediately suspicious, since this is 5 thousand under comparables.

That’s only $1,500 less than that car cost when it was new

As an engineer, these problems can be tough to get enough data to be able to solve it.  If it makes it past their existing testing it says it is either a low failure rate, or they did not have a use case for it (often you need to sell thousands/tens of thousands to find those few who do something you did not expect).

So... as you get older this changes. Especially if you buy a house or some other form of “I’m going to live here for a long-ass time.”

I’ll be sure to let the literal director of burn services at the Arizona Burn Center know that you think he’s stretching the truth.

Tell me again why I need a vehicle that can hit  sub-5 second 0-60, and costs about 3 cents per mile to fuel?

Not so simple in MI. Insurance here is ridculous.

Why the fuck do you need a car that does AT LEAST 400 miles? Unless you’re going that distance in one go

Man, I am sure glad that the dealership model is protected by state laws. They provide such great value.

I’m assuming this is a joke, because no one could legitimately hold such an absurd position.

lol

counterpoint:

You haven’t “lived” until you and 7948 other people are truly testing the limits of the ships plumbing.

You're confusing the meaning. This list of names is intended to be a joke rather than an actual proposed list of names.

“It will be a lot of mass to move around the world’s oceans with the ship having a gross tonnage of 250,800, or roughly 2.5 aircraft carriers.”

Didn’t they already make this movie with Pauly Shore?
