As an engineer, these problems can be tough to get enough data to be able to solve it.  If it makes it past their existing testing it says it is either a low failure rate, or they did not have a use case for it (often you need to sell thousands/tens of thousands to find those few who do something you did not expect). …

So... as you get older this changes. Especially if you buy a house or some other form of “I’m going to live here for a long-ass time.”
